First thing you need to know about club penguin igloo parties is that if you want a LOT of people, just go on the a 5 bared server(better if nearest to top). Go to the igloo catalog and buy a igloo with 1 big room and one little room(I prefer the the normal white igloo). Next step, with your inventory make a collage(collages get many people). Final step, go to the room with the most people(usually town)tip; dancing might attract people better. Stay there for five minutes and check the igloo.
